Payment Methods

1. Bpay

If you want to pay OZtell via online banking, you can use Bpay.

1.1 Getting Bpay

Most Australian bank accounts support Bpay (online banking via Telephone or Internet), please check with your bank if you are not sure.

In order to make a Bpay payment, your will need two things:

  1. Our Bpay Biller Code
    which is 787564.

  2. Your Bpay Customer Reference Number
    which can be obtained from https://1cc.oztell.com/checksum/index.php

1.2 Using Bpay

Simply select Bpay after you have rang into telephone banking system or logged into Internet banking system of your bank.

Follow the online instructions to enter our Bpay Biller Code, your Bpay Customer Reference Number and the amount you wish to pay.

You will get a reference number for the payment from your bank, please keep it as a record.

Notes

  • Money can be paid from most bank accounts (savings, cheque, credit card etc.)
  • The minimum purchase is AU$20.
  • Credit will normally appear in your Account by the next business day if the payment is made within normal banking hours. In rare cases it can take up to 3 business days.

2. Credit Cards

You can make credit card payments from the web or by phone.

2.1 WEB Credit Card Payment

  1. Login to https://login.oztell.com at anytime.
    Click on "make payment" next to your "Current Balance" on the home page.
  2. Check that your credit card details are correct (esp. it is NOT expired).
  3. Enter the amount you wish to pay under the "Manual Purchase Credit from Credit Card" section, press the "Buy Credit" button.

2.2 PHONE Credit Card Payment

  1. Ring into one of the Access Numbers around the world.
    Click HERE for list.
  2. Enter 0 (zero) as the destination number to access Member's Menu.
  3. Login by supplying your Account Number and PIN.
  4. Press 4 to perform telephone top up of your account.

2.3 Updating Your Credit Card Details

Login to http://www.net2max.com at anytime.
Click on "make payment" next to your "Current Balance" on the home page. Then click on "Show Credit Card Verification Section", if that section is not shown already.

  1. Card Number
      Enter your full Credit Card number here. (Either spaces or no spaces between the digits are OK.)

  2. Expiry Date
      Enter the Expiry Date on your Credit Card here. (Click the down arrows to select the correct month and correct year.)

  3. Card Holder Name
      Enter the full name of the credit card holder here.

  4. Check Digits
      Most Credit Cards now have a verification code or security code printed on them. For Visacard and Mastercard, it is a 3-digit number printed on the back after your credit card number.

  5. Billing Address
      Make sure you enter the correct billing address where you receive the credit card bill.

Each Credit Card has the following 2 limits imposed by OZtell:

  1. Account Limit
      This is the credit limit that OZtell gives to your credit card. You can charge up to this "Amount Limit" within the past "Time Limit" number of days.

      So, if it is $60 and 10 days. That means you can use your credit card to purchase up to $60 worth of OZaccount Credit with the past 10 days.

  2. Time Limit
      This is the credit limit that OZtell gives to your credit card. You can charge up to this "Amount Limit" within the past "Time Limit" number of days.

      So, if it is $60 and 10 days. That means you can use your credit card to purchase up to $60 worth of OZaccount Credit with the past 10 days.

  3. You can increase the Account Limit and Time Limit by faxing in the "Credit Card Limit Change Form". Click HERE to download the Change Form.

Notes

  • Only Visa Card and Master Card are supported at this stage.
  • The minimum purchase is AU$20.
  • Credit will normally appear in your Account within a few minutes.

3. Cheque or Money Order

You can send in Cheques or Money Orders by post or courier to the following address:

  1. Please make them out payable to "Knowledge by Design Pty. Limited".

  2. You MUST write your Account Number AND your Name on the back of your cheque or money order.

Notes

  • Only Australian Cheques and Money Order supported at this stage.
  • The minimum purchase is AU$20.
  • Please keep your cheque books or money order receipts as record.
  • Credit will normally appear in your account by the next business day AFTER we received your cheque or money order.

4. Bank Deposit

You can deposit money into our Westpac Bank Account, either in person or by bank transfer.

  1. Go to your bank in person or login to your bank's online banking.

  2. Fill in the deposit slip or transfer form.

    1. Write in OZtell (Knowledge by Design)'s Bank Account details as below:

        Westpac Haymarket (Branch Number: 032 005)
        Knowledge by Design (Account number: 11 9656)

    2. You MUST also write in your OZtell Account Number in the “Aux serial no.”, "Reference", "Description" or "Comment" box on the deposit slip or on the transfer form. So we know it is you when we check our bank statement.

  3. Specify money source (e.g. cash, cheque, credit card, saving account transfer etc.).

  4. Either send an email to telling us details of the transfer (your Account Number, your Name, how much, date, reference number, branch name) or fax or post a copy of the bank deposit slip with your Account Number on it to us.

Notes

  • Some banks may not support transfer to Westpac Bank Account.
  • The minimum deposit or transfer is AU$20.
  • Please keep the reference number or receipt as record.
  • Credit will normally appear in your account by the next busines day AFTER we received the amount in the bank account above.
