Why Integrated Phone Service?
Traditional Phone Services (landline, mobile, internet) are often single
dimension, supporting only one voice call through one device on one network.
There is no integration between landline, mobile and internet phones. Managing
all the different calls and bills through all those networks is very complex
and time consuming. This problem gets much worse for people or organisations
with more than one set of mobile and internet phone numbers to manage.
Recent introduction of the internet for the transportation of voice has meant
substantially lower phone call rates, but has not improved the total phone
call experience much.

OZtell's Integrated Phone Service makes use of the Internet not just in lowering the call
costs but also to introduce new features no available previously. Integrated Phone Service
users do not just talk passively on the phone but can actively control the whole communcation
process.
Integrated Phone Service adds colour to the traditionally straight black and white phone
experience by providing an user customisable multi-dimensional phone service.
Integrated Phone Service gives its users the ability to customise their own calling experience and
the calling experience of callers to their phone numbers. It let the users
handle multiple calls through multiple devices on multiple networks seamlessly.
What is Integrated Phone Service?
Integrated Phone Service allows its users to centrally manage their phone numbers
(landline, mobile, internet) across different devices and networks seamlessly.
This approach increases the users' reach and control substantially yet
saving them time and money significantly.
It automatically handles concurrent incoming and
outgoing calls to voice, fax, sms, internet, landline, mobile devices through
OZtell's network, public networks or our competitors' networks.
Integrated Phone Service combines Net2MAX's 6 most popular
Value-Added Modules together to form the world's most
advanced phone service available.
Additonal value-added modules (like conferencing, email, web etc.) can be added
at anytime later to further enhance this Integrated Phone Service.
There are many types of Dedicated Numbers in different locations
with different features. Integrated Phone Service only bundles two Dedicated Numbers
in the five major Australian Cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide).
Dedicated Numbers are NOT portable by the user to other networks. More details here:
