1. Introduction

Obtain One Click Contact (1CC) service instantly using one of three methods:

  1. SMS 0488843770
  2. Call 1300830262
  3. Web 1cc.oztell.com

1CC registration is FREE, but you will be given an option to make payment into your new 1CC account as part of the registration process.

It takes only a few seconds to either make a call or send an sms to OZtell phone numbers, and you can start using 1CC immediately afterwards. SMS and Call registrations are available only to Australian phones while Web regsitration is available worldwide.


1.1 Your Phone Number

With SMS and CALL registrations, your phone number will be used as the 1CC number. This provides a lot of convenience as all your friends and family can use your existing number to contact you.

With WEB registration you are given the option of selecting phone numbers around the world as your 1CC number. This gives you extra privacy and reach.

Note:
  1. you can only register with your own mobile or landline phone (you are NOT allowed to use someone else's phone).
  2. you must turn on Caller Display for this call so we can see the phone number you are calling from.
  3. you do NOT need to enter your phone number at any stage, the number in your Caller Display will be registered.


1.2 Optional Payment

Towards the end of the registration process you will be given the opportunity to make payment into your new 1CC account, this is OPTIONAL and is NOT necessary in most cases (especially if you are trying out the technology for the first time).

Optional payment by Credit Card:

  1. The country of your credit card's issuing bank MUST match the country of the phone number you are registering.
  2. The credit card supplied must belong to you (your name is on the credit card as its holder).
  3. The card must be valid (not blacklisted nor expired) and have enough funds in it.

Optional payment by Cash Number:

  1. The country of your cash number's issuing member MUST match the country of the phone number you are registering.
  2. Any cash number that is used, expired or issued by inactive members will be rejected.
  3. You will automatically be put into the SAME Community as the member who generated the cash number for you.

Cash Numbers are like instant cash, they should be kept secret until they are entered into the system. Before use they should never be stored unsecured, so destroy any unsecured records (like in emails, instant messages and SMS).


2. SMS Registration

SMS Registration Summary
  1. SMS the single digit 1 to 0488843770    
  2. Receive a return SMS from us
    (only if registration successful).
  3. Note down your assigned password.


The SMS registration process is the simplest of all. Just SMS from an Australian phone.

2.1 Step by Step SMS Process

  1. Send a text message to 0488843770 using your SMS capable phone.

    Example:
    0488843770

  2. The text message must start with 1 (the single digit one) as the command.

    Example:
    1

  3. Receive your phone number and the associated password back by SMS within a few minutes.

    Example:
    Your 61410222333 / 87468257 Agree with http://oztell.com/agreement before use.

    There will be NO SMS reply if your registration is NOT successful.

2.2 Optional Credit Card with SMS

It is safer to submit your credit card details using your phone or browser to us. If that is not possible, SMS can be used when you take precaution to delete those details from your phone.

After the 1 command, put a space and then put the credit card number followed by the expiry date and card verification value separated by dash (-).
    Example:
    1 34567890123456-0208-123

    where:
    1 is the command
    34567890123456 is credit card number
    0208 is expiry month
    123 is card verification value

An initial amount of Five Australian Dollars will be charged to that credit card and added as credit to the balance of your new prepaid account. This small amount will allow you to use most of 1CC's paid services e.g. getting your own dedicated phone numbers in all major Australian cities.


2.3 Optional Cash Number with SMS

If you have been given a Cash Number by an existing Member, you can enter it after the 1 command with a space in between.

    Example:
    1 34567890123456

    where:
    34567890123456 is your Cash Number

All the credits inside the Cash Number will be transferred into to your new prepaid account as credit.


3. Call Registration

Call Registration Summary
  1. Ring 1300830262
  2. Enter 1 to select English
    Enter 1# to contact registration system    
  3. Note down your assigned password


The CALL registration process is very simple, just call from an Australian phone. It could be used when you do NOT have a SMS capable phone. A sample call flow is displayed below.

3.1 Step by Step Call Process

  1. Dial into the Austrlian number 1300830262 using your own phone.

    Example:
    1300830262

  2. Select Language

    Example:
    1

    where:
    1 means select English as language

  3. Enter 1# as the phone number to contact

    Example:
    1#

    where:
    1 is the destination number for registration
    # is to indicate the end of the destination number

  4. You have now reached the registration part of the 1300830262 voice response system, please follow the voice prompts to complete your registration process.

3.2 Optional Credit Card Payment during Call

Submitting your credit card details using your personal phone is a simpler alternative to through a web browser. It is normally as safe as a browser if done from your mobile phone and slightly less secure via a landline phone.

If you just need to enter your Credit Card details followed by the hash key when prompted (as indicated by the Call Flow diagram above).
    Example:
    34567890123456#
    0208#
    123#

    where:
    34567890123456 is your credit card number
    0208 is the expiry month
    123 is the card verification value

3.3 Optional Cash Number Payment during Call

If you have been given a Cash Number by an existing Member, you can select the Cash Number payment method and enter the Cash Number followed by the hash key # when prompted (as indicated by the Call Flow diagram above).

    where:
    34567890123456 is the Cash Number
All the credits inside the Cash Number will be transferred into to your new prepaid account as credit.


4. Web Registration

Web Registration Summary

  1. Go to https://1cc.oztell.com/register
  2. Select the information you want to register
  3. (Credit Card Number or Phone Number or Sub-Account Number)
  4. Enter the information you elected to provide
  5. Click "Continue" button
  6. Follow on screen instructions

If you do NOT have a personal phone number or you prefer alternative methods of registration, then you can register through the web at https://1cc.oztell.com/register

It takes only a minute or so to supply your personal details and one of the followings:

  1. your credit card number.
  2. your phone number.
  3. the sub-account registration number given to you by a Net2MAX member.

and you can start using the Universal Number immediately afterwards.

Note:

  1. you can only register your own credit card (you are NOT allowed to use someone else's credit card).
  2. you can only register using Sub-Account given to you by the member with owns the main account (you are NOT allowed to use someone's Sub-Account without consent).
  3. your computer must be in the same country as where the credit card is originally issued.
  4. your computer must be in the same country as your phone number's.
  5. your computer must be in the same country as where the the Sub-Account is originally created.

4.1 Register by Credit Card

  1. Go to https://1cc.oztell.com/register
  2. select 1. Your Credit Card Number.
  3. enter your credit card number and click on Continue.
  4. pls enter your credit card details and personal details, and click on Join.
  5. the system will charge on your credit card not more than $1 for verification purpose.
  6. pls check your credit card statment on the charge and come back here to complete it.
  7. enter your credit card number again and click Continue.
  8. pls enter the charged amount here e.g. 0.27 for $0.27.
  9. if correct, the system will return the account inforamtion to you including the account login password.
  10. pls beware that the account will be removed if not activated in 14 days after your first registration.

Credit Card Test Charge

When you register on the web using your credit card number, we will need to verify that it is really your credit, that is you have access to its online statement. A random small amount (varies depending on your Net2MAX Centre but in Australia it is less than $1) will be charged, to make sure that you have access to your credit card statements online. Once you have checked your statement, please come back to the Net2MAX Registration site and enter you credit card number and that random amount. Your PIN number will be issues once the random amount matched.


4.2 Register by Phone Number
    You can use the method mentioned on 3. Phone Registration (direct phone registration)

    OR

    1. goto https://1cc.oztell.com/register
    2. select 2. Your Phone Number.
    3. enter your phone number including country code and area code, and click on Continue.
    4. enter your personal details and select the reply method, and then click on Join.
    5. you should receive the reply from either phone or SMS for the account login password.
    6. pls beware that the account will be removed if not activated in 14 days after your first registration.

4.3 Register by Sub-Account
    You can join Net2MAX by using the Sub-Account Registration Number:
    1. goto https://1cc.oztell.com/register
    2. select 3. Your Sub-Account Registration Number.
    3. enter the sub-account number and click on Continue.
    4. enter the password and your personal details, and then click on Join.
    5. if correct, the system will return the account information to you including the account login password.
    6. pls beware that the account will be removed if not activated in 14 days after your first registration.

Congratulations! People worldwide can now contact you with JUST ONE CLICK!

5.1 Changing Your 1CC Number

After a successful registration, you should receive an 1CC Number and an associated Password.

Initially, your 1CC Number has been set to be the SAME as your registered phone number. If you would like to use a DIFFERENT phone number as your 1CC Number (say to protect your privacy) please login to the 1CC web site with your 1CC Number and CHANGE your 1CC Number into a Dedicated Number.
