OZtell gives users the power to shape communication technologies into their everyday
lives according to their own individual needs and circumstances. It is not
about just phone calls, it is about exciting new communication experiences and unlimited
possibilities.
Unlike the telephone services from our competitors, OZtell doesn't just provide a simple
communication PATH between two parties ... we provide tools to manage various aspects
of the overall communication PROCESS - to ensure that it is the most productive one for
all the parties involved.
OZtell Services allow people to easily manage the complexity
and costs of multiple different communication networks.

OZtell Services centrally handles ALL communications in one place bridging
the gaps between 4 different networks
- Traditional Phone Networks
e.g. landline phones and faxes
- Next Generation Networks (NGN)
e.g. VoIP, softswitches
- Mobile Networks
e.g. SMS, MMS, WAP, iMode
- Internet
e.g. Email, Web, ICQ, MSN
Customers can take advantage of increased functions and decreased
costs as a result of the synergy between the different networks.
3. OZtell Services Compared
OZtell currently provides the following 2 Services directly to the customer:
- Basic Phone Service
provides the ability to make and receive calls using normal phones and
from computers across different networks.
From this SINGLE account user
have access to services across many different phone networks (public phone,
private phone, toll-free phone, internet phone, value-added phone and mobile
phone).

- Integrated Phone Service
provides the ability to automate and optimise all incoming and outgoing calls
across different networks.
It includes all the functions in Basic Phone Service
PLUS two local phone numbers for receiving voice and fax calls AND
call management functions to substantially improve productivity and
save money.

Both services are created by combining a number of Net2MAX Functions
together:
You can start with one service and change over to the other at anytime. You can
also increase or decrease the Net2MAX Functions within either
service at anytime.
If an user adds extra functions to Basic Phone Service
until it contains the same type and number of functions as the Integrated
Phone Service then there is NO functional difference between them.
However, there will be difference in pricing, as Integrated Phone Service is
cheaper for the same number of functions.
For simple Internet Phone (Voice over IP, VoIP) funtionality you just need to
subscribe to the Basic Phone Service (which will give you ability to make and
receive calls from your computer).
If you would like to receive calls on your computer from someone ringing
a real local phone number, then
you can add on the Local Phone Number
function.
4. Partner Services
Some Net2MAX Partners provide their own services
(with a different combination of Net2MAX Functions
to OZtell Service. These services may or may not be phone related. For example:

These partner services are not offered by OZtell directly, but customers of any
service (OZtell or not) can interact with each other seamlessly since
they all belong to the same Net2MAX platform.
