From your Application Form OZcontact has extracted the following information:

If you have NOT filled in any of the above four numbers or addresses in your application form, OZcontact Tutorial will automatically assign your new OZcontact numbers and addresses in the places of the missing ones. The numbers or addresses with a * at the end indicate that they are your OZcontact numbers taking place of missing entries in your application form.

2. Incoming Communications

Universal Contact Service preconfigurates the Net2MAX Modules as follows for your INCOMING communications:

1. Incoming Fax (Local Phone Number)

  • Use a fax machine and send a test fax to +61222222222.
  • You will receive an email to 99999999@hotmail.com with that fax contained in a PDF file.

2. Incoming Voice (Local Phone Number)

  • Use a phone and ring +61211111111.
  • Both your mobile phone +6166666666 and your Internet Phone +89911111111 will ring at once.
  • Whichever one of those two phones got picked up first by you will answer the call and the other phone will stop ringing.
  • If neither your Internet Phone nor your Mobile Phone answers then the caller will be passed to voice mail to record a voice message for you.
  • The recorded voice message will be sent to your email box 99999999@hotmail.com .

3. Incoming VoIP (Internet Phone Number)

  • Set Up VoIP software like X-Lite on your computer.
  • The VoIP software will ring when someone call +61211111111 from a Normal Phone or when someone call +89811111111 from an Internet phone.

4. Incoming Email (Multimedia Email Box)

  • Login to http://www.oztralia.com with your OZnumber and PIN.
  • Click on "Storage" then "Multimedia Email" to access any emails sent to 11111111@oztralia.com.

5. Incoming Web (Inbound Web Messenger)

  • Go to http://ozcontact.oztralia.com/?11111111 with a web, wap or imode browser.
  • Click on web2phone
    1. Type a text message the input box.
    2. Enter your email address and click "Submit".
    3. Your mobile phone number +6166666666 will ring and when you answer that text message will be read out to you by computer.
  • Click on web2fax
    1. Type a few words of text into the input box.
    2. Enter your email address and click "Submit".
    3. Your fax number +6188888888 will receive a fax with the text message on it.
  • Click on web2sms
    1. Type a few words of text into the input box.
    2. Enter your email address and click "Submit".
    3. Your mobile number +6166666666 will receive a SMS with the text message on it.
  • Click on web2email
    1. Type a few words of text into the input box.
    2. Enter your email address and click "Submit".
    3. Your email address 99999999@hotmail.com will receive an email with the text message on it.
  • Click on web2jabber
    1. Type a few words of text into the input box.
    2. Enter your email address and click "Submit".
    3. Your jabber address 11111111@jabber.oztralia.com will receive an email with the text message on it.

6. Incoming Instant Message (Instant Messenger)

  • Login to http://www.oztralia.com with your OZnumber and PIN.
  • Click on "Message" then "Instant Messenger", you can now receive any instant messages sent to 11111111@jabber.oztralia.com.

3. Outgoing Communications

Universal Contact Service preconfigurates the Net2MAX Modules as follows for your OUTGOING communications:

1. Outgoing VoIP (Internet Phone Number)

  • You can ring people with Internet Phones (SIP, IAX) from your Internet Phone.
  • You call will not be charged.

2. Outgoing Email (Multimedia Email)

  • You can send email using the Multimedia Email Box.

3. Outgoing Jabber (Outbound Web Messenger)

  • You can send Jabber Instant Messages from the web page.

4. Outgoing Voice (Outbound Web Messenger, Internet Phone Number)

  • You type text messages on the web and have them play to different phone numbers. You can put passwords, acknowledgements and tracking onto those voice message alerts.
  • You can use your Internet Phone to ring normal phone (landline or mobile).
  • You will be charges according to the Internet Phone rates on the Telephone Rate Web Page

5. Outgoing SMS (Outbound Web Messenger)

  • You can send SMS to people from the web.
  • You will be charges according to the SMS rates on the Telephone Rate Web Page

6. Outgoing Fax (Outbound Web Messenger)

  • You can send SMS to people from the web.
  • You will be charges according to the Internet Phone rates on the Telephone Rate Web Page

7. Outgoing Post (Outbound Web Messenger)

  • You can send Certified Post to people from the web.
  • You will be charges according to the Certified Post rates on the Telephone Rate Web Page
