All hardware are preconfigured by OZtell to make sure that there is NO hardware set up on your side. All VoIP equipment supplied by us go through our 4-step precondition process before being ship out to you: 1. update it to the latest firmware 2. preset it with your login information 3. preconfigure it to work with your router via DHCP 4. test it on the Internet link in our lab with your login so in most cases you just plug it in and start calling!
