Promotional packages that combine traditional products and
services provided by external organisations
with OZtell's Value-Added Services are available.
Value-Added Services that come as part
of promotional packages are free of set-up
fees and monthly fees for a period of time.
1. Broadband Package
For Broadband customers Integrated Phone Service
is currently available free of monthly fees for the following ISPs:
- TPG for 3 months
- Exetel for 6 months
Note: 6 and 18 months broadband packages are still available to people who
joined before 1-October-2005 (until their packages expire).
You MUST join the above ISPs by quoting OZtell's special code to them
in order to get the Value-Added Phone Service free of monthly fees.

After joining the above ISPs, you are a normal Broadband customer of theirs,
NO different to those WITHOUT the Promotional Packages. You receive all standard
Broadband Features and Benefits from the ISPs (e.g. Broadband, Email, Web space etc.)
You pay those ISPs directly and obtain sales and technical support from them.
However, in additional to the the Broadband services provided to you by the
respective ISPs, you get also get OZtell Integrated Phone Service with Set Up
and Monthly fee waived.
All the above packages are independent of each other. If you move between
the above ISPs, you still must follow the same process of joining a new
ISP package and enter OZtell's code into the application form of the new
ISP. You can however keep your existing OZtell account (you only need to
update your Boardband Package information from the old ISP to the new ISP).
If you move away from the above ISPs to an ISP that does NOT offer any
Promotional Package then you move away from the associated Promotional Package
as well and you will be charged for monthly fees from then on.
Note: Usage Charges STILL applies to bundled Integrated Phone Service.
2. Other Packages
More Hardware, Software and ISP pacakges will be available from October 2006.
