Some OZtell services are based on our own patented and patent pending technologies and business methods. OZtell has fully granted patents in Australia, USA, France, Germany and Great Britain, there are also a large number of pending patents.
If you like a process or a technology of ours - don't copy - talk to us. It is much faster and cheaper than settling in the courts.
2. TRADEMARKS
All product or service names referenced in OZtell services (e.g. this web site) are used for identification purposes only and may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
3. COPYRIGHTS
The contents of all OZtell services, including, but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, video and audio content (the "Content") is protected by copyright as a collective work or compilation under the copyright laws of Australia and other countries, and owned or controlled by OZtell, KbD, their affiliates or the party credited as the provider of the Content. This program is at the sole discretion of OZtell management but is generally based on the quality of the open source package, its ongoing stability, support it is receiving from 3rd parties and the programming and financial resources available to OZtell at the time.
