People will not look at your Web site, no matter how fancy it is,

bandwidth-to-user ratio. Some large ISPs like to claim high speed
links to the Internet, but how many users do they have sharing that
same link ?
We have our OWN direct links to Australia's Internet backbones, giving
your Web site fast access from domestic and international customers.
Most ISPs (especially cheap and small ones) are simply hooked off
other bigger ISPs, resulting in multiple hops to and from the Internet
backbone.
We have a separate backbone link DEDICATED for web traffic. This prevents
interference from our large numbers of "online surfers".
We PROACTIVELY improve our bandwidth, equipment and services by constantly
monitoring the traffic volumes, and upgrade before there is a real
need.

We have the skills and technology to do "specials". For
example, a customer would like to access Internet newsgroups in Hong
Kong (like hk.*), which is NOT available from Australian newsfeeds.
So, we set up a special newsfeed for him, while we are at it we also
set up the Singapore (sg.*) and Taiwan (tw.*) news groups as well.
OZtell internet users are probably the only general public in
Australia to have access to those native country newsgroups.
