Services Resellers - Terms &
Conditions
(Please note that we're revising our ADSL reseller program right
now, and it will be announced on this page when it becomes available)
This reseller program is to allow third parties to promote services
in a mutually beneficial way.
Resellers have a close relationship with their customers. They grow
their own user base and receive income from their users continuously.
Resellers enjoy the following benefits:

50% off on most Internet Services
for own use (this applies to only one account per reseller). |

15% off purchases for their
customers. No discount is available if the customer purchases
services directly from OZtell. |
| • |
Up to 2 hours of Free Technical
Support each week. |
| • |
Credit terms of at least 25
days (up to 55 days credit if their customer join at the beginning
of a month). |
In return the Reseller agrees to:

Provide technical support to
customer. |
| • |
Promote and market OZtell
services. |
| • |
Disclose to OZtell whether they
are using or reselling any other Internet or telephone services. |
| • |
Pay OZtell in a timely manner. |
| • |
Maintain at least one new end-user
sale every month. |
| • |
Exceed total purchase value
(including self use) of $200 per month. |
| • |
Provide a link on the reseller’s
home page back to the OZtell home page. |
OZtell is not responsible for promoting the reseller, collecting payment
from reseller's customers or performing any accounting functions.
OZtell simply provides Internet services to the reseller and its customers
and is not liable for any claim by any person or company against the
reseller. The reseller will indemnify OZtell against any claims arising
from the services, actions, defaults or negligence of the reseller.
Either party can terminate the reselling relationship with 30 days
notice.
New reseller terms and conditions take effect 30 days after being
changed on this web page.
